This is our presentation from the 2010 Astronomy & Astrophysics in Antarctica conference in Xi’an, China.  It includes and update of our current work on a CCD camera system for the AST3 telescopes, and a description of recently developed CCD devices of interest for the astronomical community.

The STA1600 is our flagship 10560 x 10560 9 um pixel CCD.  It is currently available front or backside illuminated, with high-speed (> 10 MHz) dual stage or low noise single stage outputs.  MPP operation for lower dark current is also optional.  The attached datasheet describes the dual stage non-MPP variant on a typical package.  Feel free to contact us for information on other variants or packages.
